Description

Galanthus elwesii "Snow Fox" - a true symbol of spring awakening, blooming even before the snow fully melts. Its fragile, drooping flowers with white outer petals and characteristic green markings on the inner ones are like small bells adorning the garden on the first warm days. Thanks to its elongated, glaucous-green leaves, the plant looks elegant and tidy.

Snow Fox belongs to the species Galanthus elwesii — snowdrops with large flowers and stronger stems, which tolerate spring frosts well. This variety is ideal for naturalized plantings under trees, on lawns, in rock gardens, or in wooded corners of the garden, where it easily spreads and forms delicate spring carpets.

The plant is unpretentious, feeling best in moist, well-drained soils in partial shade or a sunny spot. After flowering, its leaves gradually die back, making way for other spring flowers.
