A small change to the order was confirmed without confusion. The tone was friendly without sounding scripted. This mattered more to me than a promotional promise.

Description
Pinus mugo "Mops" - is one of the most popular dwarf varieties of mountain pine, deservedly in demand among gardeners and landscape designers. The plant is valued for its compact form, dense crown, and unpretentiousness in care. Thanks to its small size, it is ideal for landscaping small gardens, alpine slides, rockeries, and decorative compositions.
The "Mops" variety forms a dense, symmetrical, cushion-shaped crown with densely arranged shoots and rich green needles. The plant grows slowly, which allows it to maintain a neat shape for many years without the need for regular shaping. That is why Pinus "Mops" is an excellent choice for those who seek to create a beautiful landscape with minimal time spent on care.

Received my order quickly and the young tree was very well packaged. The little tree looks well-branched, with healthy bark and firm buds. A promising start — fingers crossed for next season.

My parcel contained Pinus mugo "Mops". The packing kept the delicate parts away from the cardboard. Very little soil had escaped from the container.
