Description
"Red Majestic" is a hazel: a bright garden element where naturalness combines with neat form and expressive texture. The deciduous foliage has a characteristic "Purple / dark" hue and emphasizes the seasonal nature of the plant. Flowering occurs in spring and early summer; the main shade of the flowers is "Yellow-brown catkins; female flowers reddish". The plant forms edible fruits; the color of the fruits is "Green husk; mature nut brown"; ripening usually lasts from September to October.
The variety best reveals its decorative qualities with a correctly chosen location and stable, but not excessive, care. Optimal lighting - sun; warm and, if possible, protected place. Soil - fertile, well-drained; slightly acidic-neutral. Watering - regular during rooting, flowering, and fruit setting; without water stagnation. Frost resistance - very high, approximately up to -30 °C.
In garden design, the plant is valued for its plasticity and ability to harmoniously support different planting styles. Best use scenarios - fruit garden; compact/heat-loving cultures - large container. The main advantages of "Red Majestic" are edible harvest, very high winter hardiness, suitability for container cultivation, architectural silhouette of an adult plant, and a combination of decorativeness and practical value. To maintain its shape, it is enough to adhere to the following pruning scheme: formative and sanitary; timing and intensity depend on the culture and type of fruiting. Pollination feature - 2 compatible varieties are desirable for cross-pollination.

The package came when the delivery update suggested it would. There was no need to chase the order by phone.
A resposta chegou enquanto eu ainda estava a escolher. A pessoa ao telefone percebeu logo a minha dúvida. Nestas condições, voltaria a encomendar outra variedade.

O artigo desta encomenda era Hazel ‘Red Majestic’.

A small fresh sign appeared at one of the growing points. The plant recovered from the journey soon after unpacking. Nothing felt rushed or carelessly prepared.
