Peach "Ice Peach" - this is the newest, rare variety bred in Germany. Previously, such a peach did not exist in the world, which explains the increased attention to this unique variety. It received its characteristic white color from the oldest Korean variety Yume Yon. It ripens in the 1st-2nd decade of August, being a mid-late variety. The main difference is completely white fruits. Otherwise, it is like a regular peach of the same ripening period.

The fruits have a regular round shape, are medium-sized, weighing 150-300 g. Their skin and pulp are transparent, white ivory in color, which gives the fruits of this variety an unusual appearance. When ripe, they turn the color of baked milk, acquiring a special, unique aroma. They have very juicy pulp, crispy, very sweet with notes of vanilla flavor, reminiscent of the taste of November Pear. There are more sugars in white peach than in fig peach, and the acidity is minimal. Also a high content of antioxidants.

Unusual appearance, bright aroma, excellent, unique taste give high marketability to this novelty, which has already gained recognition worldwide. The fruits are in high demand, ideal for fresh consumption, used for making desserts, cakes, and decorating dishes.
